C.B. Oliver is a graduate of Western Kentucky University, with a B.S. in Agriculture. In addition, he has completed over 800 hours of appraisal education. He worked for the USDA, completing appraisals and appraisal reviews of a variety of agricultural, residential and commercial properties throughout the state of Kentucky. In 2005, he accepted a Review Appraiser position with the US Army Corps of Engineers, where he completed appraisal and appraisal reviews on a wide variety of military and civil properties in several states. This included many specialized and complex assignments, including Right of Way, condemnation, acquisition, mass appraisal, and lease appraisals.
Mr. Oliver’s clients have included public agencies, such as the US Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines, National Guard, as well as units of the Special Operations Command, FEMA, IRS, City of Cincinnati, EPA and the State of Kentucky. Independent clients have included appraisal management companies, banks and lending institutions throughout South Central Kentucky, mortgage companies, law firms, and individuals.
Mr. Oliver is affiliated with the Kentucky Association of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, where he serves on the Board of Directors, and he is a member of the Kentucky Association of Appraisers.
